Global Zero

“The sheer folly of trying to defend a nation by destroying all life on the planet must be apparent to anyone capable of rational thought. Nuclear capability must be reduced to zero, globally, permanently. There is no other option”.

Global Zero

Project: Global Zero Summit- A World Without Nuclear Weapons
Location: The Savoy, Lancaster Suite
Agency: EMC3
.
The International Global Zero Movement was launched in December 2008 and includes more than 300 political, military, business, faith and civic leaders — plus hundreds of thousands of ordinary citizens — working for the phased, verified elimination of all nuclear weapons worldwide.

In partnership with the Global Zero events team, Multimedia Plus produced the prestigious London Summit for Global Zero. It was held in the Lancaster Suite of The Savoy.
The requirement was to design and deliver a highly polished production, fit for the global leaders who attended the summit.

Global Zero is a very significant NGO that provides the serious platform to debate “nuclear risk reduction” and influence governments of every region to consider what can be done to make the world a safer place in the future.

Queen Noor of Jordan acts as the main chairperson and global ambassador of the organisation. Many other well respected figures are involved in developing policies to address the nuclear issue.

When planning its global summit, the GZ team look at prestigious venues across the world to help attract attention and draw the media to attend.
It is vital to find a good location that is effective and suits the purpose.
Multimedia Plus designed the custom built stage set and the summit forum tables that were purpose built for the event.
CAD designs and detailed room layouts were prepared to ensure that everything required, would fit perfectly within the chosen venue.
