What to expect

  • Initial briefings and theming

    We can assist with all the technical and creative briefings, ensuring you get the right level of support and input you need. Using our vast experience we can cover all the bases and ensure no time is wasted because we know how to find the right solution, whatever the budget. This allows us to work collaboratively and effectively, giving us each the time to focus on our core skills and talents.

  • Proposals and Pitch documents

    Our key strengths and skills include producing brilliant proposals and pitch documents that really stand out from the crowd. It’s vitally important to create the “right” first impression and give the end client total confidence in the team’s abilities. We initially brainstorm ideas together before defining the best solutions (based around realistic and competitive budgets so we can move forward in the best direction). We then work on creating a stunning, well-designed document that combines with a strong multimedia visual presentation (in either powerpoint / keynote or Prezi) so that we have the best chance of winning the pitch and delivering the best event possible for the client.

  • CAD plans and room layouts

    Will everything fit happily into the space available? We can reassure the client with clear, detailed plans that show very effectively exactly what can be done. Our in-house team take venue plans and turn them into virtual reality design in industry software called “Sketch up”.

  • 3D Visuals

    Visuals have to be impressive and have high level impact to succeed in “wowing” the client. They also give an opportunity to provide a sense of what is possible in terms of look and feel. We are consummate experts in creating powerful event environments and set designs that  take you on a journey from a blank canvas to what will become the real thing!

  • Technical Specification

    “Only a pile of lights and wires?” No! The specification is everything in fine detail, right down to the very last nut and bolt. We have the knowledge and experience to take care of and manage detailed specifications, so that the event looks perfect, sounds perfect and runs smoothly from start to finish.

  • Joint scheduling and timelines

    Deadlines, deadlines, deadlines! We work seamlessly to devise a critical path that works for everyone. It’s critical to be clear about requirements and also to commit to a schedule that ensures everything is ready and done in plenty of time. We do factor in “last minute” changes, but without any panic involved, so you can be totally confident that everyone will feel calm, happy and relaxed as we arrive at the actual event / video delivery deadline.

  • Shared project management

    We use an on-line project management system to ensure communication and schedules are centralised, organised, archived by date and topic, and accessible from any device with a web browser.

    It provides a common meeting place for gathering together all of the communication and people working on the project. The site manages Shared Messages, To-Do Lists, Progress Milestones and files transfer.

    The shared Message section stores all project communication in a single place, and file sharing is easily managed within a simple web browser interface.


  • Video and photos

    We often shoot video and still of the events we produce and are happy to share these with you.

    If we have video of the event we will generally shoot ‘extra’ to enable us to produce a highlights video for you and your client to share the event with others and enable you to demonstrate what was delivered.
