SReXperts was an Alcatel-Lucent invitation only event for existing customers and partners. The purpose of this user event was for attendees to share experiences with their peers in other companies, network with like-minded users and learn how to accelerate new feature adoption in the Alcatel-Lucent product offering.
In partnership with Conference Contacts of Maidenhead, MultiMedia Plus provided all the SReXperts event management and production during the build up to and over the course of the 4-day event. This meant supplying equipment, and crew, creative design for the sets and speaker support, plus an inspirational video module introducing attendees to the local Czech culture.
In addition to running the plenary sessions during the convention, we also helped to install a ‘demonstration lab’ for which we provided 15 fully-configured PCs. During these experiential learning workshops, delegates got the opportunity to try out different scenarios using the new hardware and software and could, amongst other things, assess their “Service Routing Configuration and Troubleshooting Skills” … it takes all sorts!
As befitting a technically-focused agenda, the majority of the event was turned over to in-depth breakout sessions. We managed more than forty of these during 4 days across 4 different streams.
Each stream had its own dedicated technician to oversee the presentations.
All speeches were recorded to hard drive, edited on site and delivered to the client as MP3 files for internet distribution and download by the users.
